Anyhow, here is what was on the slip of paper he brought home:
Pot Roast
Beef Chuch Roast
2 Tbs. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
2 Cups Baked Beans (1 can)
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
Cook 6 hours in crockpot
It's fine just as it is... but I have added carrots and potatoes to make it a one-stop meal, meaning fill up your plate-- that's all that'll be on it! : )
I used one lonely little russet and 1 1/2 sweet potatoes, cut in chunks. |
See you again in six to seven hours! |
And I must add, it is really good! Enjoy! Come back and let me know what you think!!

Hi, Kristina! Thanks so much for sharing at Shine on Fridays! I'm all about easy crockpot meals! We have chili once a week or so since it's so easy to prepare!
ReplyDeleteI turned up my nose when I saw the baked beans, but then the Ranch dressing was even more of a total shock. If you're sure it's good, then I'll try it - but those seem like strange ingredients, don't they? Also, I've never put sweet potatoes with my roast. Hmmm..........
